Panel Discussion: "Agent-Based Development in Practice"

We will explore agent-based development through a discussion among individuals with diverse approaches. Topics include how to distribute work, what can be safely delegated, and how to verify results that we may no longer understand line-by-line. We will seek the boundary between useful delegation and a loss of control, and between faster execution and a growing "understanding debt."

Developers assign tasks to multiple agents, provide context, set boundaries, and review the results. Does this mean every developer is effectively becoming the tech lead of a small digital team? And do ten agents yield ten times the productivity, or simply create ten new areas demanding our attention?
